Gregory Stephen Church was built by Armenians in Hamedan in the 17th century and named after Saint Gregory Stephen or Gregory Stephen Church, who was one of the Christian saints. This church is one of the most visited churches in Iran. Hamedan city has many churches due to the large number of Christians in this city.
