We live in a world where signs are constantly shaping us. Each portrait depicts a person carrying a fragment of the world around them—things they have chosen, and things they have inherited without ever choosing. Over time, the boundary between who we are and what has been imposed upon us begins to blur. What we have created, experienced, or inherited becomes part of who we are. This series is an attempt to look at that boundary: where identity meets conditioning, where the personal becomes collective, and where the marks left by the world are no longer external, but embodied.
